Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at mrondashop@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products, personal care items, and final sale items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
